e341 Calcium Phosphates

Food additive with acidity regulation, emulsifying, sequestrant, wetting and stabilizing (water retaining and thickening) functions, and it comes in the form of E 341(i) – monocalcium phosphate, E 341(ii) – dicalcium phosphate or E 341(iii) – tricalcium phosphate.
Monocalcium phosphate is not actually a food additive, but a substance used in washing vending machines that dispense drinks such as tea, instant coffee, juice etc.
